Along the Ravan Road while in the Forest of Korrah you'll find a road veering west.  If
you make your way down those paths you'll find yourself on the Roads of Waning.  No more
than a day's journey along, you'll find a village in a perpetual rainstorm.  This village
is called Buckley.

Soon you'll come to the realization that all of the citizens of this village are canine.
Invariably, you are unable to understand them, and they are unable to understand you.
You'll get no tips from any of them while there -- in fact, you won't even be able to
interpret the signs.

If your eyes were open along the way, though, you'll have spotted a building in the Forest
of Korrah.  Enter the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses and make your way to the
underground.

Here you'll find a canine in a cage and a Jehovah's Witness High Priest as well.  Question
the High Priest and you'll find that he's not being honest.  Destroy him to obtain the key
to the canine's cage.

In freeing the canine, perhaps it will be able to assist you in making sense out of the
citizens of the village of Buckley.
